How Lab changes of Jan 1st 2006 affect current NetMasterClass products and services?
Classes – Classes are updated to the new format. With the changes to the class format, you will find that even if you have previously taken an RS-NMC course, you will want to take again to prepare for the new format.

DOiT Lab Workbook – Volume II of the DOiT workbook now available. The new lab workbook is targeted to meet the changes in the lab. Volume II uses the same features of "Spot the Issues" and "in the depth answer keys" users found so helpful in the DOiT lab workbook. The SHOWiT tool is expanded so you can do more verification comparisons. Volume II contains major changes in the informational tables to allow comparisons for pings. This allows you to quickly see if your configurations are the same as those in the reachability tables. Additionally you will find labs enriched with new features from 12.2, 12.3, and 12.4 IOS. OSPF, EIGRP and BGP relationships are expanded. Included in tabular format is specific information on other protocols.

CHECKiT labs – NetMasterClass has updated the CheckiT labs to the new lab format. Don't miss this opportunity to evaluate your strengths and weakness so you can better use your study time. Since the labs are timed, you will be able to see how you use your time management skills. The number one reason for failure in the real lab is running out of time. The reports will supply a grade for the technology categories found in the lab along with detailed explanations of what tasks were performed successfully, as well as what was not performed successfully. Included in the reports are a connectivity report, a post battle snapshot report, and a section-by-section assessment report.

Tech Library – Several topics were taken away from the lab. Accordingly, a large amount of material has been added to cover the other topics in depth. A whole new chapter on QoS has been added.
