Bruce has been teaching CCIE preparation classes since 1997. Along with Val Pavlichenko, Bruce co-authored the book "Cisco Certification - Bridges, Routers and Switches for CCIE's" in 1998. Bruce enjoys developing learning content that makes students "consider all configuration options so that they can spot hidden issues". Bruce lives in Fairfax, Virginia.

Val and Bruce co-authored the well known CCIE prep book "Cisco Certification - Bridges, Routers and Switches for CCIE's" in 1998. He has been consulting for commercial companies and government agencies and teaching CCIE classes in the Washington metro area since 1999. In 2000, Val and Bruce founded NetMasterClass. Along with Bruce, Val teaches and develops the training course materials and the on-line training programs used by NetMasterClass. Val enjoys programming in the Unix environment and creating on-line graded assessment labs (CHECKiT). To relax, Val enjoys running, biking, camping and fishing with his seven year old son, Mark. Val lives in Reston, Virginia.

Bob has been teaching technology classes since 1997 and has been a Senior Network Engineer for various government agencies in the Washington area. In 2000 and 2001 Bob taught Cisco Classes at Mentor Technologies (formerly Chesapeake Network Solutions). Bob has been teaching at NMC since 2003. What Bob most enjoys about teaching is one-on-one, over-the-shoulder tutoring and seeing the light bulbs pop on. Having lived in Northern Virginia most of his life, Bob recently moved to Wild and Wonderful West Virginia.
